Preparation and Usage
1 Sliced chicken breasts (150g)
50g Baby corn (sliced length ways)
1 Soak noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes, stir halfway through.
2 Add 30ml of water to spice blend and stir well to make up the sauce.
3 Fry chicken in a medium hot wok for 2 mins, add veg and cook for a further 2 mins.
4 Add the cooked noodles and sauce and stir fry for 2 mins, stirring thoroughly.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
