How to cook
BBQ Frozen
Cook time: – 10 hr.
Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Defrost
in a refrigerator Cook time: – 10 hr.
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover with cling film.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook time: 14 min. – 16 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Add required amount to the pan.
Fry over a low to medium heat for 14-16 minutes.
Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
Grill Frozen
Cook time: 20 min. – 22 min.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.
Grill for 20-22 minutes.
Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C Cook time: – 32 min.
Gas 6
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for 32 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
