How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C Cook time: 25 min. – 28 min.
Gas 6
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 25-28 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Pan Fry Frozen
Cook time: 15 min. – 18 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Fry over a medium heat for 15-18 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Reduce heat if necessary.
Grill Frozen
Cook time: 18 min. – 20 min.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.
Grill for 18-20 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking time, reduce heat if necessary.
